A two-way built around a single 275 mm kraft-paper driver — a size normally reserved for a subwoofer — crossed to a 30 mm dome at 2,150 Hz, which is the whole argument: one big cone doing everything up to the treble, with none of the seams a three-way has to hide. The cabinet is wide and shallow rather than deep, 78 litres of MDF tilted back 6° to aim the drivers at a seated listener, standing on an all-metal three-point base with swappable rubber or metal spikes; the reflex ports fire down into the gap. 94 dB sensitivity makes it an easy load for a low-power valve amplifier. Terminals take bi-wiring or bi-amping, with a linear / +2 dB switch for the tweeter. Black or white silk-matte lacquer with a real walnut inlay down the baffle.
