A Swiss maker from Yverdon-les-Bains whose monitors are built on a refusal: no DSP anywhere in the signal path. Alain Roux founded the company in 1977 as Roux Electroacoustique; it became Relec SA in 1988, spent 1992 to 2003 building OEM monitors for Studer, and launched the PSI Audio brand in 2004 when that partnership ended. Every A-series speaker is fully analogue — AOI tracks the cone's actual movement and corrects it in real time, CPR aligns phase through a passive network rather than a processor — and every unit is hand-tuned in the company's own anechoic chamber until it matches a reference curve, then shipped with its personal measurement sheet. The range runs from the compact A14-M to the 80 kg A226-MAIN.
