England· Founded in 1969
A British loudspeaker maker founded in 1969 by ex-BBC engineer Spencer Hughes and his wife Dorothy, still hand-built in East Sussex, England. Its Classic range descends directly from the BBC-heritage monitors that made Spendor's name — EP77 polymer and Kevlar-composite drivers voiced to a calibrated broadcast-reference standard, from the compact 4/5 up to the flagship 200 floorstander.
The catalog ranges from the A1.2 at 30.8 cm up to the D9.2 at 115.5 cm — compare any two side by side at true scale.
14 Models available in the curated catalog.
