KH 310 II

Product description
The successor to the KH 310 A, and the point at which Neumann's veteran three-way nearfield turns digital. The cabinet is unchanged in size and still sealed rather than ported, with the same horizontal layout — an 8.25-inch woofer beside a 3-inch soft-dome midrange and a 1-inch tweeter — but Class AB gives way to Class D, amplifier power rises from 390 W to 585 W, and a DSP engine now handles the crossover, linear-phase FIR correction and MA 1 room alignment. Maximum SPL climbs to 121.4 dB. Inputs are analogue XLR and AES3id on BNC, with the digital signal passed through to the next monitor. Still handed: you order a left or a right so the midrange and treble face the outside of the monitoring triangle. Sold individually.
