The 2007 collaboration between Lyngdorf Audio and Steinway & Sons, built on one promise: that a system could reproduce a Steinway grand as faithfully as the instrument itself. Every speaker is sold as part of a system rather than on its own — the crossover runs in the processor, the A1 or A2 digital amplifiers drive the drivers directly, and RoomPerfect calibrates the result to the room. Most of the range is an open dipole with no cabinet at all, assembled by hand in Skive, Denmark.
