Product description
The four-way that reopened Alta's Reference line in 2024, and the clearest statement of how the company thinks: the two 152 mm upper midranges sit above and below the ribbon in a D'Appolito array and run as dipoles, with a 222 mm dipole coupler bridging them into a 254 mm woofer so the handover into the bass never happens in one place. The crossover is hand-wired with no circuit board.
