Reference Tower
Product description
Alta's flagship and, at 2.18 metres and 220 kg each, one of the largest speakers in the catalogue: eleven drivers mirror-imaged in both the vertical and horizontal planes, so that four 254 mm woofers, four 152 mm midranges and three ribbons behave as a single point source. It is not a speaker you drive conventionally — it wants bi- or tri-amping from at least 100 W a channel, and the DEQX electronic crossover and DAC come in the box, as does delivery and setup.
