The most powerful thing Buchardt builds, revised: four class-D amplifier channels per speaker, 150 watts RMS and 330 peak each, driving a 3.5-way sealed tower, now with the RFA19 tweeter first used on the Anniversary 10 and a completely rewritten set of Mastertunings to suit it. Six drivers, but only four face you — two of the 6-inch paper cones sit on the back, and the tuning that makes that interesting is the optional cardioid profile, which uses them to cancel output between 90 and 300 Hz. That is the band where a normal speaker radiates in all directions and hands the room control of the lower midrange, so cancelling it backwards is a way of taking the room out of the equation without treating it. 19 Hz at -3 dB from a cabinet 18 cm wide.
