The flagship of the Dymension range and the only one that got the new amplifier: a 12-inch powered woofer between two 12-inch passive radiators, run by a 415 W GaNFET stage (500 W peak) built for this model alone — the DM70 and DM60 make do with a 180 W class D. Above it is the bipolar array the brand has been making since the 1990s: four 5.25-inch BDSS mid/basses and two aluminium-oxide domes, half of each set facing forward and half facing back, so the speaker fires at the room as much as at the listener. A rear switch cuts the back tweeter by 6 dB, or bi-amping sets the whole rear array anywhere you like. Only the bass is powered — the mid/treble section is passive and still wants 50 to 300 watts of its own, which is why it reads as 4 ohms and 90 dB on the spec sheet. $1,999 each.
