Product description
The BM range's middle monitor and, for a long stretch, one of the default nearfields in project studios: a 6.5-inch MSP cone and a 28 mm soft dome, 100 watts of discrete MOSFET amplification each, crossed at 2.2 kHz by an analogue network rather than DSP. Rear-ported, 41 Hz, 11 kg, XLR only — there is no digital input, no room correction and nothing to configure, which is either the appeal or the limitation depending on the room. 118 dB maximum for a pair at a metre. Dynaudio no longer publishes a price and US dealers have stopped stocking it.
