X Diamond Mk II

Estelon's answer to the Extreme for rooms that cannot take one: the same marble-composite hourglass, the same all-Accuton driver set with a diamond tweeter on top, in a cabinet 40 cm shorter and a third of the weight. Three ways crossed at 85 Hz and 1.9 kHz, with the crossover mounted in its own isolated chamber to keep the cabinet's own vibration out of it, and a rear port under a 280 mm ceramic-sandwich woofer that reaches 23 Hz. 6 ohms nominal, 3.5 at its worst, 87 dB. The response recorded here is the 33 kHz Estelon calls linear rather than the 60 kHz its page leads with. $112,590 a pair.
