Focal's midfield flagship, and the monitor the Focus button was built for: a footswitch drops it from full three-way to a 2-way 90 Hz–20 kHz nearfield, so you can audition a mix on a small system without leaving the chair. An 11-inch W-sandwich woofer under a 5-inch W midrange and a pure-beryllium inverted dome, tri-amped to 550 W and reaching 118 dB. The aluminium plate carrying the mid and tweeter rotates in 90° steps, so the same cabinet works standing or lying down with the bass inboard or outboard — Focal quotes the dimensions standing (63.5 × 34.5 × 45 cm) but photographs and specifies the face horizontally, which is how it is filed here. Sold individually. Made in France.
