Product description
The 1238 built for walls with nothing behind them: 235 mm deep against the 1238A's 420, achieved by trading the single 15-inch woofer for two 8-inch cones. The depth costs bass — 50 Hz at −6 dB where the 1238A reaches 30 — so it is the answer when the alternative is not fitting at all, usually paired with a subwoofer. Same 950 W, same three-way layout, SAM with GLM AutoCal. Sold individually. Made in Iisalmi, Finland.
