The Oscar Duo's two-way recipe stretched into a tower: the same 25 mm ceramic dome and the same 178 mm ceramic cone, but two of the cones and the same second-order crossover at 2.5 kHz, with no midrange in between. Doubling the cone area buys an extra 10 Hz at the bottom and three decibels of sensitivity — 27 Hz and 89 dB against the Duo's 37 Hz and 86 — from a cabinet still only 20 cm wide. The port fires downward into the gap left by the brushed-aluminium base, which is also what makes a column this narrow stable: the base and its Marten pucks and cones spread to 28 cm, wider than the box they carry. 25 mm fibreboard, Jorma internal wiring, WBT Nextgen terminals, and the same 3.1-ohm minimum as the rest of the Oscar line.
