Product description
The compact floorstander of PS Audio's Aspen FR line: a planar-magnetic tweeter and a large 8-inch planar-magnetic midrange — both with Teonex diaphragms — over twin 6.5-inch carbon-fibre PMI-sandwich woofers, loaded by three 6x9-inch oval rear passive radiators instead of a port. The dual planars give ribbon-like speed and air across the mid and top; a 4-ohm, 86.5 dB load that rewards a muscular amplifier. Sold as a pair.
